Parents can expect a well-structured, professional training environment that emphasizes purposeful coaching, safety, and holistic player growth. Each athlete receives focused instruction from experienced coaches who understand how to balance intensity with encouragement.

In addition to on-field training, our Performance and Team Camp player have access to virtual sessions on mindset, leadership, and college recruiting, helping them develop habits that extend beyond soccer. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and every player leaves camp with a stronger sense of confidence, responsibility, and purpose.

The Post to Post+ Next Level team is led by experienced mentors who bring decades of college, academy, and professional expertise, all united by a passion for developing complete athletes on and off the field.

Coach Christian DeVries has spent over 30 years coaching at the collegiate level, helping student-athletes navigate their soccer journey with purpose, integrity, and leadership. As the founder of the College Player Pathway and Athlete of Significance, his approach centers on character-driven development and long-term success.

Coach Matt Clark has over 20 years of collegiate coaching experience and is a respected mentor in goalkeeper and player development. His ability to teach both the mental and technical sides of the game has shaped goalkeepers and field players who lead with confidence and clarity.

Coach Steve Richards brings extensive experience in player scouting, development, and placement across academies in both the domestic and international markets. His global perspective and deep professional network provide players with insight into the pathways that extend beyond the local game.
